Frequently Asked Questions for Noncredit Courses    
What equipment do I need to view the courses?
You will need internet access using one of the popular browsers including: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc. Your experience will be better if you have high speed internet access.

How do I view the lessons?
Most of the distance education courses from MUM are viewed online. We use an LMS (learning management system) that provides each participant with a unique login, allowing you to view lectures at your convenience from any high speed internet connection.

Can the course be downloaded?
Course materials are presented in various forms, many of which can be downloaded. Course videos are normally streamed and not available to be downloaded.

How often can I view the lessons?
You can view the lessons as often as you like anytime during the course period.

How long do I have access to the course?
Normally you will have access to the course for 6 months - 1 year.

Is transfer credit available?
Students enrolled in other universities should check with their own institutions about transferring credit for any course.

Can someone use my account to view the course?
The course can only be viewed with the unique login information that you are given. You should not transfer or give your account/login information to any other person.

What if I forget my login information?
If you forget your login information or have any questions regarding login, please contact Customer Service at de@mum.edu. We are always happy to help.

What if I signed up for a webinar and missed it?
Most online webinars are recorded and uploaded to the course page so that it may be viewed at your convenience.
